Sat. Night With Clinton: A Beer, a Slice, and a Charge Against Obama
While Barack Obama spent Saturday defending a remark that made him sound like an elitist, Hillary Clinton's response was initially just words, calling him "elitist" and "out of touch."

But then in Crown Point, a town 25 miles from Gary, the New York senator downed a shot of Crown Royal whiskey, had a beer and chomped down a slice of cheese pizza, as her aides rushed to fill her request for another slice, with pepperoni. The crowd at Bronko's restaurant cheered as Clinton clincked her glass against fellow drinker's, while at the same time the restaurant's manager told a man who brought his grandchildren to the event he needed to take them out the room.

Her aggressive tenor obscured some complications of her attacks on her Obama. Clinton herself repeatedly said in Iowa that she felt the strong anti-immigrant sentiment there was driven in part by a slowing economy, something Obama implied in his controversial remarks and John McCain has said as well.

And in rebutting Obama's comments, some of her supporters in Pennsylvania suggested conditions were good in the state, pointing to an increase in jobs and incomes in some areas of the Keystone State. That kind of optimism stands in marked contrast to the gloomy picture Clinton often draws on the stump as she speaks of an America that has declined in the seven years since President Bush took office

If Obama decides to run again in 2016, he should try a photo-op like that.

5. Just what I want in a female President.
A beer guzzling, shot tanking, duck hunting woman.

Am I the only one who is like...ick?

She really will do anything, won't she?

9. Look, she's morphing into a regular person right before our eyes!!
It's amazing how a person from such a privileged background can understand that all us regular people like to do is drink whisky and eat pizza.

12. PA. White women begin to turn away from Clinton
LEVITTOWN, Pa. — Like many women over 50, Paula Houwen was eager to vote for Hillary Clinton for president.

"I was impressed when she was first lady. She wasn't the country's trophy wife," the 56-year-old suburban Philadelphia pharmacist recalled.

Today, though, Houwen's no longer a Clinton fan.

"I do not like the way Hillary Clinton has run her campaign," she said.

Clinton's strongest core of support — white women — is beginning to erode in Pennsylvania, the site of the critical April 22 Democratic presidential primary, and a loss here could effectively end her White House run.

A Quinnipiac University survey taken April 3-6 in Pennsylvania found that Clinton's support fell 6 percentage points in a week among white women. Nationally, a Lifetime Networks poll of women found that 26 percent said they liked Clinton less now than in January, while only 15 percent said they liked her more.

"These are Democratic women who waited all their lives for a woman president, but Hillary is not turning them on," said polling analyst Clay Richards.

14. what a farce!
how ridiculous she must have looked doing a shot, swigging beer and eating pizza. It just doesn't fit her. She's never gonna convince people that she can sit around and shoot the shit over a beer.

I laugh at her characterization of herself as an Ordinary Jane, spending summers at her family's cottage in PA... Well, how many regular Joes grew up with a summer cottage and a video recorder back then? Yeah, times were hard for Hill growing up.

19. There are plenty of pictures.
And they're pretty embarrassing.

She looks as though she's acting like she imagines the 'little people' act.
