I think the Obama "bitter voter" thing is too complicated and could be taken in too many ways |
|
for it to do much damage. It's too confusing for most voters who tend to tune in during the last week. I just talked to my Boss about it and he told me he didn't quite understand the whole thing. The Clinton Sniper-Fire thing however is easy to understand and clearly does damage to her. I think all Obama needs to do is muddy the waters and suggest it's OK for voters to be "bitter" and he will have only minor damage. A lot of people especially Democrats are offended at being told we shouldn't be bitter after eight years of the worst president in history. Not to mention that Obama comes from a very modest background which will make it tough to attach him to being viewed as arrogant and out of touch.

1. Not to mention that crap like that isn't working this time. |

We've had enough of the splice the comment to spin it into something negative.
Sniper lies are obvious lies. But, the whisper campaigns are old politics.

I come from a modest background, and it certainly did not include private schools, and ivy league colleges, and growing up in upscale Hawaii. I'm not sure Obama ever had a regular first job either. Community Organizer is not the same as McDonald's. No way does this man understand how a regular person with low or modest income lives.

the dismantling of their towns. Much of which occurred during the Clinton years. While Hillary seems to think everyone in small towns should be happy as a fucking lark about their towns and jobs being taken away.
Also, Obama did initially come from a modest background.

But he kept those feelings to himself and eventually prospered at the school. Obama came from a modest background; suddenly his peers were the island's richest and most accomplished students. Around that time, America Online founder Steve Case, actress Kelly...

There is an aboundance of ways to readdress this he can say bitter may of been too strong a word but disappointed in government in getting results is perfect truth.
