Saturday night poll on WTAJ-TV (a station serving the State College,PA area mostly)
had a poll RE: Obama's comments on bitterness. This part of PA is conservative and has a lot of small towns. It surprised me and could show this is not a huge deal in PA. It's the media and Clinton feeding it now.

He's right: 43.5%
He's wrong 42.8%
I don't agree, but will still vote for him: 2.2%
It's not an issue: 11%

2. IMHO the Hillary (abetted by the media) is blowing this all out of proportion.
Hillary because she'll just do anything to justify her end goal, the media because they want a horse race. Neither have any interest in being honest about such issues.

:dem:

4. It's about what I thought. Media feeding frenzy and little more.

7. Pretty much mirrors the campaign --
about half agree, about half don't.

Don't think this will be a deciding factor.

8. Wouldn't surprise me if...
Most of those who said "He's wrong" already decided to vote for HRH HRC.

11. Yeah --
we (supporters of both sides) all tend to react in favor of our candidate. Hate to admit it, but I know I do. :7

13. or for McCain
Since there's no indication that only Democrats were polled, I'd imagine that a solid majority of the Democratic respondents think that he's right.

9. If you support Hillary
Its a giant deal. If you support Obama its a minor gaffe. If your undecided you probably are more concerned with what the candidates plan to do when they are elected than sniper fire or bittergate.

14. People are not THIS dumb, not as dumb as Hillary hopes.
Obama is smartly playing this and using it to attack her. SHE is out of touch.
