4. When she loses the Nomination, I guarantee McCain will be asking her to split the Dem Vote.
He approached Kerry in 2004 to be Kerry's V.P. He will approach Clinton this year to split the Democratic ticket and Win.

17. I believe that it's likely that McCain WILL reach out in such a fashion. I'm still not convinced...
...that Senator Clinton will accept. But I am concerned that she might.

9. The only scenario McCain can hope for is to split the Democratic vote. Choosing Hillary as V.P.
Will do that.

7. That would never happen
I don't like her, her campaign's a disaster, but no, she won't be appearing on the GOP ticket.

10. McCain approached Kerry in 2004 to be Kerry's V.P. Why not the other way around?

14. Yes, true.
But if she has any over-arching strategy remaining, it's to hope Obama loses to McCain and position herself to challenge the incumbent four years hence. She's a pretty lousy Democrat, IMHO, but she's not going to cross the aisle.

8. She would if asked
If McCain approaches Sen Clinton & ask her to be his VP.... She will accept the Republican position of VP with the complete blessing of the Democrat DLC (Republican-Lite) wing of the Party. sSen Clinton then can come-out and proudly declare herself a true Republican.

12. I think it could happen - seriously it would be interesting, especially the impact
on Southern states. What about NY, CA, TX? - wild idea.

13. It's a Possibility
I can definitely see her accepting a VP spot with McCain.

She'd go out of the party kicking and screaming and team up with McCain and Joe Liebermann and feign outrage that the Democratic Party is "sexist" and "pushed her out" and all other various and sundry non-sensical BS, and her and Rush will be vacationing in the Cayman's during the summers.

... neglecting totally that everything that has happened, she has brought it on herself.

16. I kind of vacillate. Sometimes (after she backhands Obama and strokes McCain) I think it's...
...the obvious "next step". Most of the other times I merely think it improbable.

I don't know what's going to happen but if she does choose to run with McCain (presumably as his VP), there's going to be a righteous firestorm and a lot of heads are going to roll, politically of course.

I'm ready for it, though, if it happens. Since 2000 I and a lot of other Americans have seen things come to pass which not even the most dire Medieval almanac would not dare to predict.

We are fed up, pissed off, back-stabbed and most-dangerously a few of us have whipped out that dull ember of hope and begun to blow on it again, in earnest. There are all kinds of fires in the hearts of Americans which are beginning to grow and soon (if not now) they are licking up and up, eager to meet and vaporize this dismal rain.

21. I'd be a hypocrite if I didn't point out bullshit when it comes from my own side
And I hope my fellow Obama supporters will do the same as I have done.

Assuming the assertions are true (and they are not) that she would be willing to, you're leaving out one obvious factor. Republicans hate her more than Osama Bin Laden. There is zero chance that McGramps, who conservatives think is a RINO, would put her on the ticket.
