Random thoughts...
Obama can't win the GE? So, we are supposed to take Mickey Mantle out of the lineup and put in Yogi Berra to pinch hit for him? It's nonsense based on fear. Look what they have done to our candidates in the past, they say. As if the media will somehow give Hillary favors that they would not give Obama? "Do you really want Bill Clinton wandering around in our White House with nothing to do for the next four years?" seems to be about as difficult to manage as the "some people are bitter" comments? We have to realize the media is not our friend, no matter who the candidate happens to be.

And about the American people being "bitter" being "elitist" comments is nonsense. If anything, they are radical and populist comments designed to arouse the working class, not elitist. It would be elitist to say that everything is OK and American people are happy and satisfied with the status quo and are not bitter or frustrated with the present politics in Washington. That is "elitist".

And the idea that Hillary is a hunter and an avid supporter of 2nd Amendment Rights is ridiculous on its face. It is political opportunism at best. Drinking shots and chasing it with beer is not going to convince many people that she is one of them. It is a facade that everyone sees through. Let's get real.

1. The idea that
you improve your chances of victory by replacing your winning candidate with the one who is in last place does seem to be odd.

4. Mike Gravel is in last place.
HC is only in 2nd place because the party fucked up FL and Michigan.

2. Mickey Mantle? Huh?

Seems like most of the places O. has done well have been very red states with primary caucuses that don't reflect the voting population. That's the biggest concern about November. Well that and his complete lack of experience or national security credentials. And responding by arguing HC is no better only says that we have two losers to choose from.

And frankly, I don't believe O's explanation. I do think he's elitist and was venting a frustration commonly expressed by liberal activists.

5. Any state that Hillary can, Obama can win also.
And a a few others that Hillary can't win. We need to go with the candidate that the people choose. That's democracy.
