anybody else seeing Obama attacks on their local paper comment sections?
I'm not even an Obama supporter, but I had to reply to this one. A poster from In. on our local NM fish wrap's comment section

Obama -- What's not reported in the news?
What about Obama’s associations with 1960s radicals Bernardine Dohrn and William Ayers (http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0208/8630.html)?

What about his support for gun control (member of board for Joyce Foundation that supports gun control and a 1996 questionnaire that he completed supporting gun control (http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2008/04/06/AR2008040601652.html)

Did the writings of Obama’s fathers in “Problems Facing Our Socialism in Kenya” affect Barack Obama?(e.g. forced confiscation of privately owned land, nationalization of European and Asian companies, higher taxation of the rich, price controls, etc.) See http://blog.mises.org/archives/008007.asp

here's my response

From the first article:

"but there’s no evidence their relationship is more than the casual friendship of two men who occupy overlapping Chicago political circles and who served together on the board of a Chicago foundation."

The second article is just a Robert Novak hit piece. Novak, who should have been prosecuted for outing a covert CIA agent and destroying a CIA front company that took years to build. A proven lap dog for Cheney and his neo-cons. Hardly an unbiased source, wouldn't you agree?

As for his father, what teenager doesn't do some study on an absent parent and their beliefs? Are you suggesting Obama is really just a communist in sheep's clothing? Patently ridiculous.

Why would someone from Indiana bother to post on a local board unless you have an agenda? It's a fairly transparent agenda at that.

Thanks for visiting!

I may not support Obama, but I'm a good Dem and can't let this kind of crap stand against ANY of our candidates.

6. I'm a Democrat. A proud Democrat.
as such, I can't stand by and let either of our excellent candidates get side swiped by some ass with an agenda.

which pretty much sums up why I am almost never seen in GDP
