Are they're still some here who are for Clinton? Did you used to be for Clinton but changed? |
|
I can't believe how sad this has become. I didn't think it could get worse until it did. Well, keep the faith, it is all we have.

1. I love Hillary and am still for her. I'm disgusted by the way she has been smeared |
|
But I'm not bitter!!!

4. Indeed, right up until I hear specifics from Obama on just how he intends to solve all the problems |
|
...and address the issues important to the American people, rather then the generalities he keeps putting out

I plan to vote for the Dem nominee no matter whose name is on the ballot though.

7. I used to be for Clinton, but not entirely by choice |
|
I worked at EMILY's List so I had to support her, at least publicly. I took the job knowing that, even though I sort of favored Obama. But I did not feel nearly as strongly then as I do now. I left for reasons that had nothing to do with the presidential race, but I am eternally grateful that I am not working there now, because I think I would be having a serious crisis of conscience being part of her effort to destroy Obama. I think it would make me nauseous if I were working there now and helping to raise money to run that disgusting right wing hit ad she just released.

13. They do a lot of good stuff |
|
They support women at all levels of government, and help recruit and train women candidates. I actually think they've been a lot more successful down-ballot than in the presidential, because this is the first time they have done a presidential, and the money they can raise goes a lot further in a Congressional race, while it's a drop in the bucket in the presidential.

8. I was a big Hillary Clinton supporter during the WJC administration... |
|
...I met her once, saw her speak several times. One time I was in the vicinity when she was escorted to her car, and I saw her speak to normal people who happened to be there. She made eye contact and was very gracious. No manipulation. She was just being Hillary.
I think it started changing when she ran for the Senate, and then once she got into the Senate, she really changed. I would have NEVER predicted that she would EVER vote the neocon agenda, but she did.
One thing about the Clintons...they don't understand the meaning "Be kind to people on the way up the ladder to success because you'll have to pass them again on your way down." Once they get to a new level, they ruthlessly start clawing for the next level. The people who helped them get there--unless they can be used, are discarded.
Example: They couldn't use Richardson, so he has been discarded, and in a very hurtful way.
I wouldn't vote for Hillary now if Satan was the only other option. If there is evil in the White House, I would just as soon it not be a Democrat.
