So Why is HRC Buying rounds of beer, when she can't pay her bills?

I heard on the TeeVee last night, that HRC walked in to the (now infamous) bar, and announced that she was buying the guys there a round of beer.

WTF is she buying beer, when she hasn't paid the freaking SCHOOLS yet for leasing their places? And did she ever pay back the girlscouts for the cookies? That takes a lot of nerve. Only the scummiest of scum would do something like that.

PA used to have a law requiring that bars close during voting hours so that candidates can't buy people drinks and then drag them down to the polls. That used to be very common.

The largest debts that were not paid were for health insurance for her own employees. Ironic, eh?
