I never thought I would say this but unless Obama quits, I'll never vote for Hillary!!! |
|
Her mocking, her making fun of his speeches, her "sky opened up" speech and now the willingness of her to hammer Obama on the "bitter" comment even though she KNOWS he just stated it wrong.
Unless Obama quits or actually has less delegates than Hillary going into Denver (which is impossible) and Hillary is the nominee I will not and could not vote for her.
I won't vote for McCain but I will not vote for Hillary.
She has lost it and her EGO is more important than anything. I am sick of her.
Call me an idiot if you must but I refuse to reward her behavior by helping her get elected.

|
I certainly wouldn't have worked my butt off for her campaign without pay if I didn't know what kind of person she truly is and the myriad of good deeds that she has done for many people. Things that are done quietly, without fanfare or alerting the media. Like Obama even said, who else could raise $35M after losing 11 times in a row?
There is a reason why she inspires loyalty in those close to her. Don't believe in all the crap spewed by too many since 1992. Hillary is one of the most compassionate people you would ever meet. I think that of the two, she's a better person than Bill.

you're paid in kind: you get to hang with people you admire: you're granted "exclusive access" that you can brag about to others, as you just demonstrated. Not all payment is in hard currency.

My family has "hanged around" these people for years. I wouldn't support anyone just to have "exclusive access". I would have never tried to get close to Obama's inner circle, for example.

you wouldn't be found dead in Obama's inner circle, I imagine.
still doesn't negate my point: your access is the currency you're paid for your loyalty.

I don't work for his campaign at all in any way. I simply prefer him to clinton.
and as the campaign goes on, I"m more and more impressed with him, and more and more disgusted with her.
pretty simple. As opposed to you, I'm getting nothing out of my choice.
to me, its simply one choice is better than another.
he wasn't my first choice at all, but he has grown on me and I consider him a better choice than Clinton.

One thing is to support a candidate, another is to have negative feelings for other candidates. I always preferred Hillary, but didn't initially dislike Obama.
As for the TV, if we're stuck with him I'll just keep changing the channel as I do when Bush pops up on my screen.

...my stepson and I had this conversation the other night - he is very active in the party and we were discussing what would "cross the line". I told him that if it looked like Hillary got the nomination unfairly - I would vote for her - but I would also walk away from the party - no money, don't even ask.
He told me to let them know before hand - the sd's need to know how you feel.

14. I am not a member of any organized party |

After the so called Dem superdelegates make their decision as to who the Dem nominee for President will be for the General 08 election "We the peon voters" Indies, Newbies & Crossover voters will have a chance to have our say. But NOT until after these superdelegates vote as their rules dictate. ... for anyone and for any reason they decide... thats the rules so nothing more to be said about it. If you are inclined to keep the Republican Right from completely dominating and continuing the Bush legacy; I strongly suggest that you vote FOR your states DEM nominees Senators, Congressman etc during this primary.
Lets look forward to the General election. For those of us who are not card carrying Democratic party member (Indies, newbies & crossover voters). If you are inclined to thwart the continued Bush/Cheney policies in 2009 what do you do? I would urge you to vote FOR your States Dem nominees for Senate & Congressional seats in this primary.
1 In the General vote FOR your states entire Dem Senate and Congressional seats.
2 Decide to vote AGAINST the Dem nominee by leaving the Presidential slot BLANK in Nov 08 or Writing in your choice
3 Vote with your feet by not showing up to vote in Nov 08
4 Vote for the Dem Presidential nominee just because thats the only choice you have been given. 5 Most importantly vote FOR the Presidential candidate because this candidate is YOUR choice.
I am NOT a follow my party right or wrong voter..I'm not even a member. However I do wish to thwart any more of the Bush/Cheney policies of the present. Therefore I will vote FOR my states Dem Senate & Congressional seats that are in play during this election. It will be interesting to see how many Indies and newbie & crossover voters feel the same way.
I am not a member of any organized party--I am a Democrat. Author: Will Rogers
If I cant be the Dem nominee for Commander in Chief.... I say that Republican Sen McCain passes the test... Author: A fool who will say and do anything to win the Dem nomination...

I would rather understand someone saying that he/she won't vote for any particular candidate based on more solid arguments like HRC is a corporate democrat you know...anyway, you have all the freedom to vote according to your deepest feelings, I believe any argument is valid, power to the individual !
