John McCain on Hardball just now was asked about torture. I find it interesting he used the term “in our custody” when saying when he was president we would close Guantanamo Bay and we would never torture anyone “in our custody” again. Chris Matthews did NOT ask him about our outsourcing torture to other countries.

Pity.

I would have liked to hear his answer.
