Oh noes -- Obama gets hard questions. |
|
Edited on Wed Apr-16-08 09:59 PM by zlt234
All of this outrage is pretty comical. Why? Not because what ABC did was right. But because when the EXACT SAME THING happened to Clinton, OVER AND OVER AND OVER again, all you ever saw on this forum was people waiting for the waaaaaaaaaaaambulance.
When Tim Russert spent half of a debate with 8 candidates asking **personal** negative questions about Clinton, when she was the front-runner, the attitude here was "good for Russert." Same in the second Russert debate. Same in the disgusting media bias against her before and after Iowa.
It's pretty interesting to see how everyone changes their reaction completely when the tables turn.

I'm saying they have been doing the same thing for Clinton for months, and there has been no outrage. Now they are doing it to Obama, and look at front page of GDP.

But your post is ludicrous. The piercing whine is like an angry boiling teakettle with the lid rattling.
Both candidates were treated abysmally by ABC's piss-poor moderators and the guttersnipe questions thrown at the senators.
I have a guilty remaining thread of deep affection for Clinton, even after all this. I've started to despise myself for it in a vague sort of way. Especially when I see your brand of fawning phobic support for Clinton. Or maybe your agenda is simply based on your obviously deep distaste for Obama.
I didn't like seeing either candidate put through such a vulgar travesty. Obama may be the anti-Christ, the plague, the heathen, the enemy or some other breathless little pretext for yet another orgasm of your venom. I don't understand your attitude any more than I understand the attitude of conservatives I argue with.
This is serious stuff, and you're just using it as an excuse for some sort of weird spin. You remind me of the last few Trotskyites on campus back in '74. "Hopeless" is the word I used to describe them. It suits you, too.

33. zlt234, Let's Discuss Your Lack of Flag Pin |
|
Are you aware that in your previous performance review, it was noted that you declined to sport the flag lapel pin? We have an alternative. If you will consent to have the flag tatooed on your clavicle, you'll be granted an exemption from GOTCHA questions in the next debate. Do you agree? All tattoos will be administered by licensed tatoo professionals under the supervision of the self-appointed determinators. Do you consent?
