I guess ABC's viewers aren't as stupid as they think they are.

1. It's a sharp rebuke to ABC's handling of the debate. It ought to have been

a temple of ideas; George & Charlie made it a den of cheap shots.

2. That must be a sore disappointment to ABC.

I didn't watch, and so don't have a first-hand opinion, but I imagine their agenda was to pump Hillary on the theory that the longer they keep the Primary insanity going, the more injury Hill will do to Barack (now almost certainly the nominee), thereby making it easier for McCain in the fall. Their real agenda is to keep Republicans in power.

I don't get why the shows George and Chuck host are highly-rated. I haven't had any respect for either in years.
