Obama was a class act in last nights debate. Gibson and Stephanopoulos showed what entrenched old
school, soap opera, right wing hacks they really were.

And when given a chance, Hillary could have shown that she was also a class act, but her character flaws got the best of her, as they always do.

Anyone with any intellectual honest, regardless of their attachments, would have to come to the conclusion that this was a petty, trivial, vindictive hate fest against Obama.

This type of journalism does not bode well for our country, our democracy, or the future of this country.

1. He mostly took the high road, but he did seem a little off his game
But who wouldn't, after an assault like that? He held up pretty well for the most part...he stumbled a lot on the Wright questions (why the hell do we need to hear any more about that anyway?). But I thought his Ayers answer was good.

3. Clinton is the one with the class...
Obama showed his complete inability to hold up under fire. Clinton has dealt with this for months. You're blaming the media for Obama's weakness. Intellectual honesty has nothing to do with any conclusions one would come to about last night's debate. The debate was what is was. Had Hillary performed as Obama did, I really doubt you would be saying "this type of journalism does not bode well for our country". Quite the opposite.

Get over it...don't make a mountain out of mole hill. Obama sucked last night. It's that simple.

4. We're blaming the media? Bwhahaha! So is every blogger I've
read this morning. Obama was ganged up on; quite apparent. Read and weep; this too shall backfire in Clinton's face, because the deck was stacked in her favor and that too was obvious.

Sure he did; that's why he's being defended by so many.
He had ample opportunity to attack and he didn't. For me, that speaks volumes. Yes, I prefer his character to the other candidate. And luckily I'm not alone.

5. Not in my eyes. They gave him a chance to pounce on her over her honesty, and he refused. That is
true character. Something I think most of us have forgotten about, because we so little of it anymore. Hillary, in her usual way, played pile on. She can't help it. That is who she is.

7. Exactly...on the Ayres question and the Rev Wright question he could have beat the shit out of her..
...and you could tell for a second he thought about it...but he decided against wallowing in the filth like Hillary and took the high road...

With all of the partisan bullshit hurled at Obama, and the obnoxiously easy softballs lobbed at the pant-suited chipmunk the winner in this debate without question was Sen. Obama for maintaining his poise. The biggest losers here were Hillary and her husband's former employee who got his questions directly from Sean Hannity....

A shameful night for ABC and now the real Hillary has been exposed for all to see...even with two slobbering sycophants she STILL couldn't knock Obama down.

She.Is.Done.

6. this type of "journalism" has jumped the shark
the ungly old white guy talking heads may just now be figuring that out,
but its too late for them.

even the everyday "bitter" voter has figured it out.

We naturally seek the light, and if we see any, we head that way.
