4. I don't care if ABC fires Gibson or Snuffleupagus, I already fired them by not watching them anymore
I deleted "This Week with Snuffleupagus" from my TiVo Weekly Pass and won't be watching the Disney channel anymore.

11. Because they are incompetent
Edited on Thu Apr-17-08 09:28 AM by SoonerPride
Anyone who asks about fucking flag lapel pins when there are two wars going on, gas prices skyrocketing, the dollar plummetting, the Constitution in shreds, a nationwide mortgage crisis that threatens to topple Wall Street, America endorsing torture, most Americans without adequate nor affordable healthcare, and our education system continuing to fall behind the rest of the developed world SHOULD be fucking fired for gross incompetence.

Fired on the spot.

THERE ARE REAL FUCKING ISSUES, SNUFFLEUPAGUS, AND FUCKING FLAG LAPEL PINS AINT ONE OF THEM.

Just as I don't patronize Faux I will no longer watch ABC.

10. I've removed "ABC World News" from my DVR timer.
I guess I'll go back to NBC for a while. I do like to get the network news take. I'll consider CBS if/when they get rid of Katie. I also watch Keith, and my new fav, "BBC World News America" every day.

I don't watch any network news.

But I am an addict of the sunday talkingheadocracy, but I'm done with This Week with Snuffleupagus.

31. network news has health bulletins and stuff--
I sure don't go there for politics. But sometimes they come out with news about consumer products, what chemicals are in what plastics, what drug is gonna kill us, etc. So I watch for that. I could probably get most of it from the newspaper though.

5. Required reading material for Ed Rendell
Who said immediately after on AA Radio "Clout" that Hillary "clearly won". Doesn't make much sense to call anybody a winner if the game was not worth playing.

It's so close to being over.

Thanks for putting this together.

ABC is dead to me, and has been (with a few exceptions :spank:) since they aired the path to nine one one.

8. Watching it now, what a fucking joke. Issues? What issues?
The flag lapel is of the utmost importance. We can't have a leader who doesn't wear one.

Give me a god damn break.

ABC, you are horrible, Charlie Gibson and George Stephanoplous should be ashamed of themselves as hosts.

15. This primary season needs to fucking end. We've hit all the high points
and squeezed out maximum interest and publicity for the Democratic party by now--it's all low points and the law of diminishing returns from here on out, when campaigns and debates become this farcical.

16. this seems to be a concensus..people on the radio this a.m. appear to
agree that George & Charlie would be best suited to hosting shows like Inside Edition or TMZ. I confess, I didn't watch the debates, because I don't watch or support ABC/Disney. But from the reviews, and clips I've seen, I already knew what to expect. Thanks for posting.....

17. The Winner is ABC
It played out as they (ABC) wanted it. They "created a new reality" by using this "debate" to make both candidates look silly and inconsequential before the tv world. That we in the internet world rise to blame them (ABC) just cements what they accomplished. They must be slapping each others backs today and saying what a great job it was. To use the Democratic candidates to make them look like less than they actually are is a triumph to them.

22. We're being framed by the Wall Street-owned media (again)
They want their capital gains taxed at 0% not 20%.

Here are our framed choices for 2008:

1. A nasty liar
2. A black militant
3. A kindly American hero.

Just doing their job.
