Hillary has botched the two biggest responsibilities she has had in her public life.
She was given the task of formulating a policy on health care which was a winner for Bill Clinton when he ran. We had both houses of congress at the time. We should have been able to pass legislation, if it had been crafted and presented thoughtfully. But NO, she manages to turn it into a debacle and a political loser.

She decides to run for President, with the huge advantage of the Clinton money machine behind her and contacts with every known political machine and operative. But she spends her money frivolously, underestimates Obama's appeal, plans only to Super Tuesday and manages to get ambushed.

Why anyone would give her the task of getting out of Iraq is beyond me. Why do we want to give her a third chance to screw up something really really big and important not only to us but the world?

You Hillary supporters are crazy.

4. Yes, we had both houses of Congress for the 1st 2 years of the Clinton presidency
Until the Gingrich wave in 1994, which was attributed in part to a backlash against the Clintons.

6. Yes...both houses.
The One Hundred Third United States Congress was a meeting of the legislative branch of the United States federal government, comprised of the United States Senate and the United States House of Representatives. It met in Washington, DC from January 3, 1993 to January 3, 1995, during the first two years of the first administration of U.S. President Bill Clinton.

The apportionment of seats in this House of Representatives was based on the Twenty-first Census of the United States in 1990. Both chambers had a Democratic majority.

C'mon! Some Hillary supporters here are good people, and are my friends, though I suppose a few are batshit insane. :D

Others are obviously working on behalf of the GOP. ;)

7. Dems believed the MYTH of the Clintons' political prowess when the truth is GHWBush NEEDED to lose

in 1992 because he expected to be fully exposed through impeachment after the release of the Dec 1992 BCCI report.

So, his friend and corporatist ally, Jackson Stephens, had his boy in Arkansas ready to go.

Now - wonder why BCCI's so many serious outstanding matters were deep-sixed throughout the 90s so a Bush2 was even possible in 2000?

Ever wonder WHY the Clintons always managed to compromise or roll over for GOP generated legislation, but could never find a way to fight FOR Dem issues.

9. Hillary puts Obama to shame...
She is hands down a better qualified candidate than Obama. Murtha has confidence in her ability to be Commander in Chief, and so do millions of her supporters.

From the posts I've read on this board, I'm afraid the Obama supporters take the crazy prize.

Hillary for President.

11. Murtha may, but many other of her peers disagree with him.
and so do millions of voters. duh. And uncommitted SDs don't like what they see. 2 uncommitteds and 1 Hillary endorser went to Obama today. What's crazy is the delusional belief by hillary supporters that she'll be the nominee.

12. Obama has shown an ability to assess the situation better than Hillary
That was why he didn't agree with the Iraq War Resolution and that is why he is ahead in superdelegates now.

He budgeted and planned his campaign well, which helped him to gain delegates in states that Hillary ignored.

Understanding these things gives me confidence that he will handle Iraq much better than she could. She didn't even seem to realize what a mess Iraq would be if we overthrew Saddam...

Did she even address this?

16. Obama's voting record
in the Senate matches hers. If he had been in the Senate, I'd bet the ranch that he would have voted the same as Kerry, Kennedy, Clinton, etc. He is not ahead in super delegates - Hillary is.

Obama's campaign has been bolstered by the media from day one, which in turn bolstered his funds. She has fought an overwhelmingly biased, sexist media that would put the toughest of the tough down. She is still standing. The race card has also been used in this historic campaign, which has been difficult to maneuver and deal with.

Hillary for President!!

17. Please prove your point
Hillary supporter keep making statements -- over and over and over -- but never back them up. Repeating them does not make them true.

You said: "She is hands down a better qualified candidate than Obama"

Please state what the "qualifications" for president are -- and how she meets them better than Obama.
