Both candidates blew it last night by going along with the farce. Why won't |
|
either of them call bullshit on the way that the media has corrupted the process. And not by complaining a little as BO seemed to. But standing up and saying, "I am going to discuss issues wheher you ask about them or not. If you cannot accept that, then I will go out in the street and talk directly to the people." For those who remember Raygun and his "it's my microphone" comment at a debate, you have to know that Americans do respond to courage, even on a bullshit item like a microphone. Just think what the reaction would be, even with the spin that the corporate media would give any such action. People would LOVE it! Why can't "our" candidates show a little courage?

3. Some courageous moments Obama could have had, in an alternate universe: |
|
"Where's YOUR fucking lapel pin, Charlie?"
"How the fuck should I know, George? Does YOUR pastor love America as much as YOU do?"
"Yeah... I was bombing buildings with the Weather Underground when I was 8 fucking years old. Every day, right after I got done watching Sesame Street."

"Act like you've been there before", he told him. Some people are acting like this is the first debate that Hillary has won? In 21 debates!
