When One plus One Adds up to ZERO:
Thanks for doing the GOP's work for them, Hill - maybe John McCain can take a little vacation now, given that you're on the job.

1. Maybe if she's really lucky and brownnoses him some more, he'll pick her as VP.

7. I'm convinced that's her intent...
...either she's getting ready to go all Joe-Zell Lieber-Miller, OR she figures that she'll have an easier time in 2012 taking at second shot at the nomination and taking down Grampy McCain't, than she would at trying to unseat a hugely popular incumbent in Obama.

6. And have the same RW principals
Actually, McCain has shown worlds more class than Hillary but still, they both share the same republican values.

14. The word is "principles," not "principals."
And I was referring in my post to those who attach the RW label to Hillary.

Sounds like you just endorsed McCain with your "shown worlds more class" comment.

17. Perhaps he missed YOUR "point," but his was spot-on....
Edited on Thu Apr-17-08 07:35 PM by Barrymores Ghost
...and it's that McCain't's been able to put up his feet, read the funny pages and not have to break a sweat, because your cherished candidate is carrying his water for him. And it's plainly because she knows the party nomination is now lost for her, but she's hoping that 2012 will prove different if McCain is in the White House, cocking things up even worse than they already are...and Obama's 2008 campaign is a distant memory.

Oh, and by the way, it's my belief that the first one to sink to the level of spell-checking -- as a way of making some sort of weak, ad hominem case statement -- has already lost the argument.

It also makes you sound like a psuedo-elitist ass.

19. "Pseudo-elitist ass"
Please refrain from name-calling, as I don't do that to fellow DU'ers.

If O supporters wouldn't throw out the "you're stupid and uneducated if you support Hillary" meme, perhaps we wouldn't be nearly as inclined to poke misspellers with a correction stick.

18. Thank you for the correction and yes, McCain is much more likable than Hillary
Sorry if you disagree.

20. You're welcome. No offense intended by the correction.
McCain, as a personality, is more likable than Obama. If McCain weren't so mentally demented, we would be in serious trouble. If he chooses Colin Powell as a VP, we will be in very serious trouble, torture implications or not. Powell has gravitas, which is another form of teflon.

16. Yeah, that Hillary's one inspirational force, isn't she?
No, wait. Make that a "pathological liar" and "practitioner of scorched earth politics." Obama was right: she learned the WRONG lesson from the Repugs back in the 90's. She learned that she's got a taste for the same garbage, and a knack for spreading it around. She learned how handy and expedient the politics of innuendo and lies and personal destruction can be, when they serve her selfish purposes.

Yes, Obama inspires.

The Clintons sully and tarnish and cheapen everything they touch.

9. The McClinton team have put their heads together...
Edited on Thu Apr-17-08 07:06 PM by Barrymores Ghost
...because neither one of them has a clue as to how to beat Obama on their own...and it's becoming increasingly obvious from the polls and public reaction that they can’t even handle him together.

She's toast, and she knows it...so she's bloodying Obama up for the benefit of Rove and the other GOP attack dogs, and prepping for her next (doomed-to-fail) run at it in 2012...when McCain will be in an electric wheelchair, drooling on his shirt and screaming at the roses out in the White House back yard.

8. This picture was taken shortly after Hillary joined McCain and Bush's smear against Kerry in 2006.

Bush-McCain-Hillary. Axis of evil.

...when there are so many more empirically-provable words you can use to describe her?
