They are so scared of Obama becoming President
Edited on Fri Apr-18-08 01:45 AM by LibertyorDeath
The current powers that be are so fucking scared of Obama

becoming President they will stop at nothing to bring him down.

He represents the Power of the People of the USA and they represent

the Corporate fucks and lobbyists that will stop at nothing to hold on

to power.

It seem to me a Major portion of Americans have figured out that the media is working in lock step with their corporate masters.

about fucking time!!!!

4. The power is in the people, change is coming.
Obama is where he is because he's been riding that wave, he's been giving a voice. But there is no stopping it at this point either way.

and was so miffed at Rachel Madow's insightful arguments that he got up and left the set, i.e., a la Robert Novak fashion.

Every time they ask Pat Buchanan a question, his eyes have that "thousand yard stare" like he knows that their game MAY soon be over.

And Tweety? What can I say ... he's even more spastic and spinning like a top. If I hear another f**king sports analogy I think I'm gonna blow chunks.

It's quite a show.

on his freakin' LAME "Morning Joe" where he just pontificates right wing "southern strategy" talking points for the GOP. :eyes:

But I wouldn't want her to have the stress.

She and Katerina Vandenheuvel are the best

16. And I'm so scared FOR Obama.
We all need to watch his back, as they aren't going to let him into the WH. They are afraid they can't control what he does and that there will be too many people willing to help him succeed. Just getting the Constitution back will be worth the fight.

Go, Obama!

I think the adoration for Obama is what scares them the most. He's another Kennedy, and they don't have one.

It really puzzles and baffles me how any Dem -- with any sense of what that really means -- is not behind
Obama 100% at this point. go figur.

24. The demise of Kucinich and Edwards within the political arena,
coupled with the latest inquisition of Obama (Re: ABC), has solidified my view that this country is truly fucked. Every story, every news blip, every human interest event, every economic survey... if done by the MSM, is nothing more than a propaganda sound bite.

It is not just the transparency... it is the aggressive slap-in-the-face, complete with Charlie Gibson smarminess and drool, liberally slathered upon our open wounds -- those wounds that were incurred in the stolen elections, the illegal war and occupation, the impending economic collapse, the inability to secure health care, the abrogation of our Constitutional rights -- that mandate we change our course now, or forever be bound by those that seek our servitude.

:argh:

25. Obama owes them nothing
He's not beholden to lobbyists and corporations like McCain and Clinton.
Perhaps the reason he seems so different is that, for the first time in a very long time,
we have a candidate who is for US. How great is that?

26. I don't think so.
I am not now, and never have been, a "power that be," and I adamantly do not want to see Obama in the WH.

I'm sorry, but Obama does not represent people vs corporations.

He IS a corporatist.

If Democrats wanted to elect a non-corporatist, they took the wrong path in January and February, passing by that chance.

Edited on Fri Apr-18-08 07:03 AM by barack the house
In some ways we got a lot to thank for Ron Paul no group more strongly stands against media bias, and shot it from the roof tops. Even if they shut down the net, we can rebuild it locally with eighbourhood networks and using DVDS oof speeches we can overcome.

And of course, they don't like it.

No wonder there's been a Clinton backlash lately. She's the same old, same old.

They can deal with her and her ilk.

Yet you seem to want Dems to not support Obama. There is no way any other person running - McCain or Clinton - will allow Kerry's Senate investigators access to documents that Obama will.
