I thought she really was a Party person, and that she would realize that a good part of the Party is the activists. It seems not to be so. I'm thinking now about those pictures of the activists she paid homage to at the in Memphis and I have to wonder: if she could time travel, would she have the same attitude about that generation's activists that she has about todays? They wouldn't agree with her foreign policy either.

Democratic activists are some of the most reliable voters in the Democratic coalition... without fail, they will come to the polls every 2 years and pull the lever for the Democrats.
