Last weekend in PA
Last weekend of the campaign and I expect it to get extremely nasty. The robo calls have started and I don't expect them to stop. Both candidates are running around the state. Hillary supporters are manning the corners with their signs while Obama supporters are grabbing the clip boards and walking shoes for door to door talking. People are flooding into the state from everywhere. I met 3 generations of women from Idaho today that flew into PA to be a part of this. Ignore the polls. The pollsters have no clue what is going to happen in PA for alot of reasons. If you are out of state and you can't make it for the slugfest. Make calls from home this weekend whenever you have time. I don't have a clue what is going to happen Tuesday. Anybody who thinks they do is nuts.

1. Where in Philly are you volunteering?
I'll be up there tomorrow...probably going door to door in MontCo with my grandmother.

4. Allentown, Pa
About 45 miles northeast of Philly. MontCo is a very important area.

So glad your coming to help out.

2. I'm surprised at Hillary
it's Friday afternoon and her kitchen sink of shit hasn't launched yet.
Is this how it ends??? Not with a splatt but a whimper?

7. She started up with the "Obama is a pussy cuz he whined about the substanceless debate." bullshit.
Conveniently forgetting about "Maybe we should ask Obama if he wants a pillow?" in Ohio.

6. I couldn't agree with this more. The pollsters are clueless, IMO.
Today, a co-worker told me that she was switching her support from Hillary to Obama based on the debate. I don't know what specific issue as we didn't have time to talk much. Suffice to say that I think it is very fluid right now.

I hope his train station stops draw that large west-of Philly burbs crowd. He is starting at the Main Line in Wynnewood (wealthy, liberal area of the state).

8. I don't want him anywhere near
My area. Getting the first rally together took 2 days of work and half the volunteers. We need boots on the ground here.

14. I have a friend at work who told me
they have relatives in PA who they are "working on" to see their way clear to voting for Obama Tuesday. It will be interesting to see him next Thursday and see what his family said and to know how well Obama did in PA!

Thanks, Jake

17. I predict it will get so bad, because this is really Hillary's last stand, that her
campaign will probably robo-call some real slime the final two days of the campaign, knowing that it will take until after the polls close for the news cycle to debunk whatever it is they put out there. She is getting that desperate.
