the closing.

He gave this speech in his deeper, serious, oratorial voice, not the conversational, humorous, improvisational voice of other rallies. This was the voice he uses for primary night and major speeches like MLK speech and race speech. I think he feels he can take PA outright. Using this speech tonight to launch a barnstorming tour of the state. They are thinking big now.
