The "people" can't be trusted with the levers of government.

And those that particpate most regularly in her mind are the "worst" of the broad bunch known as "the people" because she sees us as barbarians at the gate;when someone has her view there is no other way to describe her but as an oligarch

I believe in a Republic, in my hometown we have Open Town Meeting form of government and I love it..... Hillary probably thinks that is outrageous....
