**OFFICIOUS ***Breaking poll: DU exposed. **MUST READ** |
|
Edited on Sat Apr-19-08 03:38 PM by JoFerret
In a scientific poll that I just conducted - with a plus or minus margin of error of over 99%:
75% of people who post polls believe they are doing something useful. 39% of those polled are visitors from another planet under orders from operation chaos - a failed initiative of the r/w. 63% of Obama supporters never lie. 50% look forward to another born-again nominee. 71% of Clinton supporters would chew on nails rather than vote for McCain. Ergo - Finally we have the PROOF that none of them are nazis or methodist preachers. But we do have the alarming news that only 25% of people polled think these polls are not revealed truth. This is the same proportion of republicans who believe in evolution. Truly frightening.

Confession: I don't actually know what a duzy is nor how one would go about getting one or helping someone get one. Can you eat them? Does it cost for upkeep? (I am just so hopelessly out of touch, I know.)

No one can predict what is going to happen on election day very well in a Primary. Sometimes pollsters get lucky. They are weathermen (not the terrorist kind) who try to predict the future with past data and modeling. Sometimes they are right sometimes a sneak blizzard gets in. They can tell you trends but not really much else.

7. You are right. However |
|
my focus here was the bs "polls" people post on DU. I guess they are just for fun and when they are - no problem. Then once in a while someone conducts a "poll" and then starts to draw offensive conclusions from the bogus "information".
