"I'm not interested in mimicking what the Republicans did to the Clintons over the last 20 years,"
he said, as the setting sun cast a glow over him. "I don't want to become them. I want to change them."

Great article in the Lancaster local media from the whistle stop. Wonderful local comments for Barack.
---------------------------------------------------------------

(This is the essence of his whole campaign--his message has been the same all along. It takes great strength to do what he continues to do. It would be so much easier to get into the gutter with them and duke it out. THIS IS WHAT SETS HIM APART. THIS IS PRECISELY WHY NO OTHER CANDIDATE WILL DO FOR ME)

14. Actually, I don't think changing them is going to be possible, which is why we need to pick up
many more seats in the Congress! Which is why, ... we need to get this primary season behind us and all be focusing on the GE. If Hillary wasn't so damn focused on her own blind ambition she'd see that we need to pull together and send the Goopers back to the political stone age where they came from.

16. Not all of them, but some of them. Some are open for change this cycle ...
... if they have a candidate who speaks to them.

3. He is so kind to the Clintons. Amazing, considering what
they've said about him. And I agree with him completely. The RW attack machine against them was disgusting. That's why it's so sad that they're doing the same thing. I mean, I know they want to win and I respect their determination, but it's been at such a high cost to their own reputations.

Gobama!

5. it's funny how tone-deaf the Clinton camp is.
They keep on running HRC as the "tough" candidate, the one who can whup the opposition. They think we don't care about fairness, honesty, openness, imagination or kindness. They think we want a dirty fighter. But the people are sick and tired of that and are looking for an antidote.

9. I love how you guys always try to project Clinton's flaws onto Obama.
You certainly are in step with the campaign.

10. Oldest trick in the book
Why do his supporters keep thinking hes innovative? These tricks have been around since the days of Adam and Eve.

7. Looks like a lot of people showed up...
"Obama looked relaxed and confident as he worked the adoring, multiracial and multigeneration audience, which veteran local Democrats said was unprecedented — even by the standards of John F. Kennedy's 1960 rally in Penn Square."

Methinks he doth protest too much.

He's getting stale and tiresome.
