Rally with Obama, Casey, and Caroline Kennedy. Scheduled start of 7:00 est, CNN hasn't started streaming yet. They usually start streaming a few minutes before start.

Click on CNN LIVE tab at bottom, then the Obama rally.

3. I assume CNN.com would have it, they have most all of his events. I've been looking elsewhere for it
and haven't found any yet. My guess would be that it's late getting started.

2. hopefully he'll hit back on his earlier comment about McCain, Clinton, and himself being better than
Bush. Clinton just attacked him on this at a rally. Obama earlier today said that "Three of us would be better than Bush."

4. Watching the event online, I immediately winced when I heard him say this. But yet it is
Barack possibly making the mistake of speaking the truth again. McCain wouldn't be quite as bad as bush, he's more open-minded and less idealogical. It will be easier to sway undecideds if you acknowledge the truth instead of trying to convince them of something they know is not true.

6. It's not a good gaffe unless he says, "Even my pet rock is better than Bush!"

10. Not exactly like Hillary's saying he's not ready to be Commander-in-Chief, but McCain is!
Give me a break!

11. "It will be easier to sway undecideds if you acknowledge the truth "
Exactly. He didn't say McCain would be a good president. He said McCain would be better than Bush. Big deal - that's not really a compliment. A grapefruit would be better than Bush!

To those who missed it, he didn't simply say "John McCain would be better than George Bush." The full quote is:

"Either Democrat would be better than John McCain and all three of us would be better than George Bush."

Notice how he INCLUDED Hillary when talking about who would be better than both McCain and Bush? He didn't throw her under the bus like she did to him. He didn't say, "Both McCain and I will bring change; Hillary will bring baggage."
He is not trying to tear her down to make himself look better. He doesn't have to.

She chose to praise the GOP candidate over Obama and now has the nerve to criticize Obama for acknowledging that McCain would be better than Bush, even though he made it clear that McCain was not as good as either Democrat? The woman has no shame. None. :eyes:

9. What a joke re Clinton attacking him on this. Here it is:
"“We need a nominee who will take on John McCain, not cheer on John McCain, and I will be that nominee.”'

She said she and McCain "passed the CIC test" but Obama didn't. What the hell is she talking about! To be comparable, Obama would have had to say that he and McCain would be better then Bush, but Hillary, well, who knows.

She does have a never ending supply of gall.
