Edited on Sun Apr-20-08 09:50 PM by GarbagemanLB
...and yet Hillary is losing to him. I wonder what that says about her campaign...

21. I was going to mention the huge crowds, especially that one.
It's hard to see that as a sign of weakness, unless you are determined to see it that way.

7. I disagree with the premise of the OP

Obama is a great candidate.... and he took on the most powerful machine in Democratic circles in 50 years.

...and he's beating it.

Clinton's machine rivals that of Dubya's. And Obama is chopping it down.

That's an incredible feat, and no other Democrat in the country could have done it.

13. You bet he is. He's getting support from women, men, and now
older voters as well.

10. She's not a good candidate. She lets other people lead her around
by the nose.

She hadn't done her homework, and she's not ready any day. She's tired at 11:00 p.m., and ready with make on and pearls at 3:00 a.m.

She has not managed her campaign money well, and she hasn't managed her husband well.

She has not had a real "theme" ever.

She's gone from stand up collars to scarfs, and I still don't see it helping.

Her sentences are too long, and she rips off a bunch of Obama's themes and tries to rework them.

She's an avid liar, for everyone to see and she has no shame.

That's all for now, although I have more to say about this...but unlike Hillary, I know when to shut up.

11. I think it just speaks to
the great divide, that is being exploited. Obama is the weakest primary frontrunner ever? And you can back that up with historical evidence that there has never been such a close race?

thanks

12. That you can't process information
without invoking her name.

How wonderful a natural nightmare for Obamatons. First you have a candidate who requires adoration. So, in equal measure you must vilify Hillary to balance the Kool-Aid equation.

Eureka! I finally found the obvious behind the reflexive invocation of Hillary, everytime Obama is mentioned.

Yet another proof of CULTISM!

on the voter rolls.

Senator Obama is the cat's pajamas.

How so?

Hasn't he raised more campaign funds online than any candidate in history?

And you damn him with faint praise?

25. This is why I love
the whole electability argument. I don't understand how anyone claiming she is more electable can say it with a straight face. At this place in the campaign, he is taking on Hillary AND Bill Clinton, as well as John McCain and still polling higher than McCain. Where is the lack of electability??
