She is super smart, and Bill can be a big part of the campaign. That would be a winning combination, i would think.....

She has her own ambitions for 2008 if Kerry doesn't win.

She is a democratic senator in a state with a republican governor who could appoint anyone he wants if she vacates the senate.

A Kerry/Clinton win would mean two fewer dem's in the senate because Weld of Mass. is a republican as well.

She motivates no base that is not already motivated.

Two northern liberal dem's on one ticket, what ARE you smoking?

She and her husband are already working hard for the party raising more money than Kerry himself.

I am sure there are a lot more reasons too, but these are enough.
