Obama has come back from 26 points behind in PA against Billary (yes Billary) |
|
Edited on Mon Apr-21-08 04:52 PM by Bensthename
Billary may be a bad word to some but that is what he is up against. The most famous ex president in recent history and his senator wife, campaigning against one barely known man this time a few years ago..
If he loses by 6 that is still a 20 point gain in one month.. And he is going into the following states closely tied. Obama always pulls his numbers up once he shows up and campaigns for the next primary, so that is bad news for the Billary machine..
I still can't believe he brings in more money and has outperformed Billary. Truely amazing..

16. Money well spent b/c if he keeps it close he gets more delegates. |
|
He may lose this battle but will win the war in the end, because he spent all that money.

I just find it odd how little discussion there is here of how well she's doing despite his huge money advantage. On MSNBC this morning, one correspondent said he outspent her 4-1 in Texas. It's impressive she did so well.

20. Trust me, her campaign is NOT impressive. I've seen it in action. |
|
She had the Democratic party machine behind her in TX, as she does in PA. Not to mention favorable demographics in both states.

13. Obama was never "26 points behind" |

And don't cite me some cheap, meaningless poll from eons ago.
No astute political observer would predict that he would lose by that margin once the primaries began. Low double digits, maybe.
I know everyone like to play amateur spin- it's part of the game, but at least try to be realistic and recognize that making drastic statements doesn't do much for one's credibility down the line.
