I guess knowing what scrapple is is a true test of a Pennsylvanian!
My husband, born and bred in Upstate New York won't touch the stuff!

Fourth time lucky - I finally found a picture that would post!




My dad's from Youngstown, but he learned to eat scrapple from his grandma in Oil City. Dust lightly with flour, and fry up in butter or bacon grease to get a nice crust. Serve with maple syrup.
