Edited to avoid confusion. The math seems to be Obama gains three (3.5 up to 6.5) and Clinton gains 2 (1.5 up to 3.5) in the latest calculation. This represents a NET GAIN of 1 in the final tally. The SD's (2 worth one half vote each) are yet to be heard from. Hope that is clearer than at first.
"With the exception of two superdelegates who have yet to decide, Democrats Abroad, which will send 22 delegates representing 11 votes to the party’s convention in Denver, has settled on its slate of delegates.
Barack Obama has garnered 6.5 delegate votes from the group and Hillary Rodham Clinton has gotten 3.5 votes. Each overseas delegate to the convention gets half a vote. The results from the group’s “Global Convention” were announced Monday.
/snip/As a result of the Democratic global primary on Feb. 5 in which nearly 23,000 Democrat expats cast ballots, Mr. Obama initially got three delegate votes and Mrs. Clinton garnered one-and-a-half. This was the first-ever global Democratic primary." /snip/
