Clinton advisor Ki KI on MSNBC just said "elitists" don't decide the vote. |
|
She was on with Joe Scarborough who fed her the "elitist" line. He asked how Hillary could win by insulting all the "elitists" on the left in the party.
She got this perky little sugary dimply smile. She said something very close to this.
She said she had been watching a lot of John Adams, and she realized how lucky we were that "elitists" are not the only ones who decide.
I found her smirky demeanor unbearable, and I found her insulting.
Sorry Ki Ki, that "elitist" thingy has been done to death. Enough. Stop it.

2. I really hate that dumass smile she always has on her face. And she always shakes her head.. |

while other people are talking. Her and Lanny Davis are two people I just can't stand looking at.
Terry McCaluff is cool, and there are other Clinton people I don't mind, but those two characters are THE WORST.

Who fits the elitist description more than the soopers - ya know - the ones Hill is pleading with to hand her the nomination.
Team Clinton can't be taken seriously. They are all over the map, and will say anything.

9. This was brought up in the context of Hillary's fear mongering ad, and |
|
it was basically that anyone who thought that ad was fear mongering are elitists.

Hillary will stay in. You could hear Mika in the background say "oh nooo" or "oh God" or something. She (Kiki) perpetuated the myth that I heard first from Bill Clinton that they are dems and that means they'll make sure that every vote counts. I'm getting pretty tired of that one, even if they both dropped out and Mike Gravel started campaigning they'd all still be on the ballots in remaining states and every single body in every single state will be able to vote and those votes will count.

I'll bet you she's almost as big as Candy Crowley these days.
Those 2 ought to join the circus.

13. Elitists don't decide the vote. True enough. |
|
Voters decide the vote. And we get to pick from a set of elitists.
Who would I have a beer with? Obama? Clinton? McCain? Get real - they're all elitist and would not stoop to have a beer with me. Even the recent drops and never-rans, like Edwards, Kucinich, Gore. Well, maybe Kucinich or Gravel would stop for a beer.
So, to hell with their elitism. The question is which one is more likely to do things that happen to coincide with what I'd like to see done. Bring the economy under control, work toward universal health care, improve education, end foreign military adventures, legalize marijuana (I just thought I'd throw that one in, haha), improve the Supreme Court. I have my answer. You probably have yours too, by now.
Elitism is not an issue for me.
