Some people here supporting Sen. Clinton have said it's "her turn", or that she's "entitled" to the nomination and the presidency.
Really?
So why wasn't it Carol Moseley Braun's turn?
Or Shirley Chisholm's ?
Or Ellen McCormack's ?
Or Patricia Schroeder's ?
Or Margaret Chase Smith's ?
Or Elizabeth Dole's ?
Or any of the third party women who have ran under their respective party's banner?
Why weren't they entitled to it?
Sen. Clinton has gotten much farther than any of those, (though I would have preferred she did it cleanly, rather than the horrible attack "kitchen sink" GOP-style campaign she's ran so far.) But to say it's her turn or that she's entitled to it seems insulting to those women who have ran before.
Even more insulting are those people who seem to believe that a woman should vote for Sen. Clinton simply because she's a woman. If that was the case, then why didn't any of the women who ran before get more votes than they did?

Many people in Obama's camp has said that it's his turn. Do you want me to name the black men? Both camps are full of shit. Neither candidate is progressive enough, and both candidates are almost exactly the same on policy.
