First, do an image search for "Hillary".

Second, after you get your search results, type "bitch" into the search bar.

Third, take a print screencap (Alt+PrintScreen) of the page before you hit enter for the second search.

...which would indicate that it's the search word actually used, otherwise Hillary would be in bold instead. Still though, it's a fake and that's just a very minor nitpick. :)
