Democrats can beat McCain in Mississippi in the GE if they outspend McCain there

That makes as much since as the argument that Obama should be able to beat Hillary in PA because all it takes is money to persuade the electorate. If thats the case our dem candidate should take every state in the nation if they out raise McCain. Members of the electorate have their own opinions and preferences and those are not easily changed.
