If I was Obama...
I would give Hillary just about anything she wants. She has earned respect and has a solid hand to play. But she also should know that taking the fight to the convention (the "Tonya Harding" option) won't help anyone. So it is time for her to make a deal.

If it comes down to taking Hillary in as a running mate and giving her a Cheney-like role in the administration, Obama should do that.

In the end, serving as a strong vice president would give Hillary far more power than the has as a senator or had as first lady. It would be a good deal for her. And if the delegate totals were reversed, I'd call that a good deal for Obama, too.

OMG -- that would be GREAT!
Just imagine the looks on the faces of Scalia, Thomas and Alito when
SHE walks in ... John Roberts might be the "Chief Justice" but in
name only; she'd RUN that Court!

8. That would be awesome
If that's what she wants, then Obama should offer it.

6. Hillary can't get there either

We both know what the situation is. And, as far as I am concerned, political murder/suicide should not be an option.

11. So, you want to lose in November?
Is McCain a better option, in your opinion, than Obama?

I have already said that, if the situation was reversed, I'd want Obama to take a deal. We have to keep our eye on the prize here. And a convention fight in Denver won't help us win.

5. What's with all this "Tonya Harding" talk? I remind you, after all, that Nancy Kerrigan...
did take the Silver Medal that year!

Um.... nevermind.

12. I think it would be too hard
for Obama, running as a Washington Outsider, Mr. New Politics, to run with the most politically connected washington insider ever.
but that's just me...
