Obama underperformed in Cleveland in Ohio and other urban centers so it was clear he was done even though the rest of the vote had not come in.

.....had the same numbers of votes counted. They get these numbers from the same place...the Secretary of the Commonwealth of PA.
Fox, nor anyone else, can "fix" anything.
