Thank You PA!! -- Primary Cash On Hand
Obama: 42 million with 660K in debt

Hillary: 9 million with 10 million in debt

Yeah, this is over. PA is the state that broke the bank for Hillary. She will be crushed in NC and OR and her chances of winning Indiana are questionable now when Obama can outspend her almost 5 dollars to 1.

20. That's Nice
Unless you've got 20 million or so in petty cash sitting around, it doesn't matter much.

I'm not trying to be snarky, but just like the delegate math, the cash math doesn't lie. With debt included, Hillary has negative one million dollars. Obama has 43 million. What money will Hillary use to campaign in Indiana? North Carolina? Oregon?

6. Can Only Go To The Well So Many Times
before it runs dry. This is essentially a repeat of Texas. A state where Hillary had to unload near 2/3 of cash on hand and still saw a 20% lead fade to what I imagine will be 6-8%.

10. You didn't get the full story? (see below)
Randi Rhodes called Hillary Clinton and Geraldine Ferraro "fucking whores" -- she was doing her stand-up comic routine, but the venue was sponsored by an AAR station in San Francisco.

You can see the repartee on You Tube... not sure of the link.

Cordially,

Radio Lady in Oregon

Thanks, Radio Lady!!!

She was railroaded by Greene!

She has been vindicated by the facts and the campaign!!! Political correctness gone wild!!!

21. No worries. I listen to her occasionally now, and enjoy her fun stuff.
Edited on Tue Apr-22-08 08:30 PM by Radio_Lady
That's just because I'm not usually available to listen to the radio from 3 PM to 6 PM.

I worked at WIOD years ago in Miami, Foorida, decades before she did -- I feel like kind of a mentor, even though I've never met her.

At the CBS radio station I worked for (WEEI-AM) in Boston, and the privately held station (WMEX), this sort of behavior would never have been tolerated.

But we did have some fun and also did some serious talking. Here's some of the publicity sheets I've collected over the years. Long live liberal talk radio! I'm proud to be one of the pioneers of this format.

Peace, love and happiness,

Radio Lady Ellen Kimball in Oregon

9. Obama outspends and still can't win
Maybe that's the reason his big money backers are keeping him in the race - to get the winning candidate to spend as much money as possible before the GE.

12. Except that's pretty much the opposite of reality
Clinton is the candidate with the big money backers and campaing contributions generally show this to be true. Obama forced Hillary to spend more than she could afford in PA. Pretty smart campaigning if you ask me.

13. Where's the goal line again?
Hillary is expected to win by 20+. Pennsylvania is "Hillary Country". It's going to be a blow-out. She is going to prove that she can still catch Obama. blah, blah, blah...

16. Obama's problem is that..
he has to damn many donors. Imagine going up against the Clinton Machinery. But hey, Hillary is going to win by 20+, to prove that she can catch up to Obama in delegates. Pennsylvania is "Hillary Country"!
