Have you bought into the warped clinton spin????? Come on
people, Hillary couldn't pull off a double digit win in her
home state. This is it for her campaign. Time to sit back
and savor the victory. We knew this wouldn't be an outright
win, the odds were stacked too much in her favor. Obama
warned us this is how it would go down. Doesn't make the
victory any less sweet though.

OBAMA HAS ENDED IT TONIGHT! HILLARY IS DEAD IN THE WATER!

GO OBAMA!

:toast:

:woohoo:

Edited on Tue Apr-22-08 08:31 PM by rocknation
Obama's spending was all about preventing Hillary from getting 65% of the vote, a MINIMUM of which she'll need in ALL the remaining contests in order to have a legitimate case to plead to the delegates. Mission accomplished!

61. It was his money to spend
When you have the 10s of millions that Obama has, it makes sense to spend a lot. What don't you understand about this.

The sad delusion of Hillary supporters is beyond embarassing. We continue to look foolish on an international stage.

I'll be glad when Hillary drops out so we can get some maturity back into this contest.

35. Yep. By not getting 65% of the vote, she'll have to get AT LEAST that much
in ALL the remaining contests if she wants to shrink the delegate lead enough to have a legitimate case to plead with the superdelegates.

Hillary isn't (65 per cent)!

36+ points margin of victory = blowout for Hillary

35 points = victory for Hillary

10 - 34 points = wash for Hillary

6 - 9 points = humiliation for Hillary

1 - 5 points = the end for Hillary

According to CNN exit polls, 5% of democratic voters today will NOT support the candidate they voted for in the Fall.

37. I am pumped up!
I just got home. I had a friend sending me txt updates because I couldn't access any other info. I am HAPPY with a narrow margin. It's a LOSS for Clinton because he cut a HUGE chunk out of her long-standing PA lead. She will barely get any net delegates out of this, and he's still in a great position to carry on, whereas she's in deep financial trouble, and losing support by the day.

It looks very much like it'll be 6-8 points, and no matter how much they try to pretend that such a margin is a big win for her, IT AIN'T. It's bad news for her because there are no more tailor made states for her. Just watch the analysis tomorrow: It's going to be that she didn't get the job done. Obama will win IN and put her on life support, and this will end with NC.
