Is this true about Pennsylvania?
Edited on Tue Apr-22-08 08:37 PM by TwoSparkles
I heard that 40 percent of the votes cast in the state, will come from Philadelphia
and the surrounding small towns and suburbs--and that this area of the state will
break for Obama.

I've been listening to the pundits all week long, all day--so I don't remember where
I heard this?

Is this really true?

If it is, he will surge toward the end--much like he did in Texas--when the results
from Austin and some of the more-populated urban areas rolled in.

I hope it's true--because her lead is sitting at about 7-8. If he gains a few more
points--that would be absolutely fabulous.

3. I despise the Crystal Ball Gazers...in the immortal words of
Yogi Berra, "It ain't over till it's over". When the dust settles, the final #'s are all that counts.

4. With 51 percent of vote in Philadelphia city/county counted
It's Obama 59 percent to 41 percent for Clinton. I would have thought he would have been stronger, I'm not unhappy about that, but I'm surprised.

5. I agree with you...
...and I'm watching it until the end!

I do think that if 40 percent of total PA votes will come from Phily and the surrounding
area--that is significant.
