6. it looks like
they're 60,000 votes ahead of CNN, or CNN is 60,000 votes behind. And in the 60,000 votes we haven't seen yet on CNN, Obama gains a few thousand.

21. In Pa the urban areas always report first, then the rural counties.
Obama's strength is in the urban areas. He will do very well in these areas. The real question is how well will Hillary do in the more rural and suburbans areas of the State. From what I have seen, she is doing 60-70% of the vote in traditional GOP Counties. 80-90% in traditional Democratic Rural Counties (i.e. Greene and Washington and the rest of Southwestern Pennsylvania). She is doing well in my home county of Cambria (Johnstown Pa is own main City).

Obama is doing outstanding in Philadelphia county (as was expected) but Hillary looks like she will win Allegheny County (Pittsburgh PA is the County Seat of Allegheny County, and a county with a huge black and inner-city Democratic base for Obama to build on).

Now less then 50% of the vote is in, lets see what the rest of the state does (Including those areas of Philadelphia and Pittsburgh that have not reported yet).
