34. Yes, indeed. Obama appears to have won a crushing political victory, even though
he didn't win a majority.

Only 1.09% of precincts left to report. 101 precincts still out.

42. No, the state of PA official site looks like Hill failed to break even 9% margin.
That's isn't going to cut it if Hill expects to win the nomination.

But I know you have reason to hope. I don't know why, but I know you do. And I say good. Hope is a good thing.

9. I'd say that's quite a coup considering he had to battle both the
Clinton and Rendell machines in PA. I really don't know what all the crowing is about, and people jumping ship. Some people have to feel like they're backing the "winner", and I can only conclude that it's their very first election? Obama will reverse this on May 6th, here in NC.

Clinton's raising money on her "victory" tonight to get her campaign out of the red, but I wouldn't read much into it. I think we'll wake up tomorrow to find that the dynamics didn't change very much at all.

41. Do you find it impossible NOT to insult women?
Because you are now being completely insulting to our choice and our fidelity to that choice. Or perhaps you are singling out men.

Maybe you'd like to clarify this voter plot. No one would REALLY vote for Clinton, would we? Because it is impossible to vote unless one has been bewitched by the magnificent televangelism of so-sincere Barry.

I wonder how many women will be newly radicalized by the fools who support Obama?

Voting provisional is like putting your ballot in the trashcan. Without clear obtainable proof they won't be counted.

32. That the person is in fact registered to vote in that district/precinct.
They usually have a roll of registrations. They'll do one look. If you're not there, the provisional won't be counted. Period.

to vote.

If the machines malfunction they need to do alternative paper ballots but not provisional ballots. Provisionals are only done if you can't really prove you're registered to vote but show up and demand to vote.

25. Sec. of State Numbers approaching the 8% threshhold
With 9162 boxes in, Barack has 45.7375%. Difference between the two = 8.525%

Just 0.01251% more needed to get the difference below 8.5%, then we're there.

30. Latest from DKos
http://www.dailykos.com/story/2008/4/22/11912/6533/642/500733

1:27 AM
* CD 6 is wide open, though our prognosticators all think it will end up as a 3-3 split;
* CD 7 is extremely close; Obama is currently projected to win the delegates there 4-3, but Clinton only has to improve her pace by 0.93% to flip that in her favor;
* Obama has a shot at reeling CD 10 back to a 2-2 delegate tie rather than the current 3-1 loss; and
* Obama can turn the current 4-1 delegate loss in CD 12 into a closer 3-2 loss.
