Chester, Delaware, and Philadelphia still aren't at 100% |
|
And all three are pro Obama
If her win stays solidly under 10%, it'll be harder for Hillary to make her case appealing to any donors, and maybe someone will administer the coup de grace to her campaign.

3. She hurried to make the calls before her grasp on "double digits" expired... |
|
But the lead is under 9% now--after all the pundits beat the phrase double-digits into the ground as well.

6. Not sure how much difference it'll make |
|
but there's still 40 districts to report in Philadelphia where he's been winning 65-35%; 19 districts left in Chester and 7 districts in Delaware -- he's been winning in those counties 55-45%.
Guess we'll see.

Do you think it will stay blue for the general or is it just temporary since the Repubs don't have an actual campaign going right now?

I'll tell you a secret. I am a little irritated with my oldest daughter. She was full on for Barack, but for whatever reason, when I talked to her a couple weeks ago, she indicated she didn't care who won. I about fell out of my chair. My mom is working for Obama in Chesco, she was irritated as well, but this young lady is 26 and an adult, so no one said anything to her.
Thankfully my youngest got an absentee ballot because of work reasons. She voted for Obama.
re: Bucks? Not enough latte liberals yet. Just my guess. Dunno.

New Hope is the mecca for latte liberals.
The Bucks number is beyond odd and it is scary, considering Patrick Murphy is Obama's PA co-chair.
I just can't think of a way to make those numbers make sense. I am baffled.

Explains why Murphy had such a close race.
Must be a LOT of old people in that county. That's the best way I can explain it.

But it's still not going to impact it that much, only so far as making sure that her lead doesn't get any larger.

unless I witness it first-hand. Otherwise, I'm willing to just assume that she won big because she won big.

unless I see it with my own two eyes, I cannot accuse people of that kind of thing. It's a very serious charge. I remember when I caucused in Texas and was very pleased to see that the people running the caucus were very fair. There was one Clinton person and one Obama person that worked together. I do think it was disorganized as hell though. We had to wait like an hour until the polling people finally moved their crap out of the room before we could start the caucus. Perhaps that was a deliberate attempt at disenfranchisement since it was a school night, on campus, and all of us were pretty annoyed at how long it was taking. Didn't get out of there until around 10 PM and had quite a bit of homework to do for the next day. But oh well, the will of the people in our precinct was heard: 27-12 for Obama.
