Just worth noting. Most likely delegate allocations by district in PA now:

PA-1: -3
PA-2: -5
PA-3: +1
PA-4: +1
PA-5: 0 (Clinton victory)
PA-6: 0 (Clinton victory)
PA-7: -1 (closest result)
PA-8: +1
PA-9: +1
PA-10: +2
PA-11: +1
PA-12: +3
PA-13: +3
PA-14: -1
PA-15: +1
PA-16: 0 (Obama victory)
PA-17: 0 (Clinton victory)
PA-18: +1
PA-19: 0 (Clinton victory)

Total of +5 for her. And she 5 more at large delegates. For a total of 10 more delegates than Obama.

On the other hand Obama won 14 more delegates than Hillary in Kansas. Kansas ended up being more important.

So yeah, just to put things into perspective before you all think this is a gigantic victory.

2. Caucus votes aren't counted by Diebold. And, by the way? Obama netted 27 out of Washington.

4. Either one got more votes than the republican total in PA
Even taking into account the repub not really mattering, I still can't see the eventual Dem nominee not taking it in Nov.
