I've come to the conclusion that since Hillary is basically flat broke, she is hoping to raise some funding from this recent win, and waiting for the federal matching funds to pay off her loan, and then suspend her campaign in May. Just my .02

It was mentioned on another thread that the FEC can deem unpaid bills as illegal campaign contributions. Like the $4 million owed to Mark Penn.
