A small price to pay for excellence.

1. What's your sense in Indiana?
Do you think Obama can win there? Have you been involved with the campaign at all?

5. The campaign office in my town opened about 3 weeks ago.
It's active, and it will become moreso in the coming days.

Indiana is very complicated demographically. The southern part of the state very much resembles Kentucky and West Virginia in their attitudes. The northwestern part of the state is urban but also blue collar. Indiana is heavy into agriculture everywhere else with pockets of urban -- Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, etc. The big universities (IU, Purdue, Notre Dame, Ball State) tend to be liberal but even they are complicated. IU is a big liberal college (slight majority female, high population of GBLT for Indiana); Purdue is as conservative as a university gets; Ball State is a typical state school.

It's a tough call. It will be very, very close. My guess is that it tips slightly toward Hillary with essentially an even break in delegates.

12. That is quite complicated but nowhere near as difficult as PA
It is not a Clinton firewall state. Obama will be able to make some headway in the rural areas in my view.

Tho we also have to deal with Operation Chaos.

So I hope Obama REALLY puts Indiana in play because you know Clinton will.

14. Not if we get working soon and work hard EVERY day until the 6th
Obama stands a MUCH better chance to get some headway in Indiana. If people work hard I think people will atleast have a listen.

It is not a Clinton Firewall

1,500,000 donors by May 6. Just a little bit less than 100,000 to go

11. Thank you! Tell them about the situation with the Clinton warchest.
Even with her gains she makes before May. It will only be enough to help defend Indiana. If Obama continues to build a warchest he can put Indiana in play and AT THE SAME TIME get work done in states WELL downstream!

So this is all long term!

9. Oh cool thanks go to you both!
This is what it is all about! If Obama can build the warchest even further then Clinton will have to empty her warchest defending Indiana meaning that this is all long term.

So that if Clinton SOMEHOW wins Indiana she will go into states that have had Obama activity in them for weeks!.

So thank you!

15. Another $25 from Colorado!
As a born and raised Hoosier, it's my duty to see that Obama takes Indiana. My sister in Bloomington says her area has gone Obama-crazy! I sent her a roll of stickers to pass out. GoBama!

17. Cool! Already it seems people are fired up about Indiana!
It will be ALOT easier to handle compared to PA so if we work HARD like we did in PA! Indiana is going to be in play!
