When will IA, NV, ME, WA popular vote tallies be released? |

Everything else I'm seeing seems, to be an estimate, but when will the "official" tally come in, just to make sure we're comparing apples to apples here

Just caucus delegates. One of the reasons why the popular vote is a bogus measure.

3. There are no popular vote tallies for these states. You cannot say there's a "national popular vote" |
