Right now, Hillary and her supporters are doing a happy dance about her "double digit" win in PA. But according to the state's election returns, Philadelphia County has 40 districts yet to report (1641 out of 1681). Barack is winning in this county 65.2-34.8%. If you extrapolate from the totals in the county, you would add 6,665 to Obama's total and 3,557 to Clinton's total from these remaining districts. That would make Clinton's total in the state 1,241,253 -- 54.5% -- and Obama's total 1,029,672 -- 45.5%. Even rounding these figures nets a 9 point spread.

Why quibble about these paltry sums? It's all part of the Hillary narrative. Winning by "double digits" sounds better to her donors and the public than winning by "single digits." It'll be interesting to see how long it takes the results from these 40 districts to "come in." It took a month for the results of the Texas caucus to surface, showing that Obama won in that state. We still hear pundits talking about her Texas win. I'd guess the same will happen with the Phil. Co. returns -- we won't hear the results from there until Hillary's "double digit" win becomes firmly entrenched in the minds of the M$M.

2. I see what they are doing - they are thinking they have to total
100 - so they are rounded her up and then subtracting from 100 to get his. But with the added precincts
at least it would be a draw on the rounding.

It showed 52 total not reporting. wonder where the other precincts were. It looks like from the website you would have to go through the counties one by one looking for the other precincts?

7. Yeah. I'm not sure where those last twelve districts are
I found that Philadelphia wasn't all in by checking CNN's site and then going to the state site for details. CNN shows all other counties have reported in 100% except Delaware, but PA's site shows that one is completely counted. The only way to find them is to click on each county one at a time. Oy!

3. The Clinton camp doesnt care if it falls to only an 8% win at this point

Just like the Texas lie that she "won", they already got the MSM to label it as "a double digit victory", and they know the news companies wont tell the real truth later.

They only wanted the headline, the truth doesnt matter now.

5. Just like Bush declaring he was the winner in Fl in 2000 - automatically
labeled Gore the underdog that had to challenge. Biggest strategic
error Gore and our party made.

You can call the Board of Elections and request that they give you the Democratic vote totals for every precinct in the city.

I personally am dying to know which precincts are out. But I'm not dying to talk to them.

Come to think of it, I probably should stop over today to drop off some registration forms for the general election. Maybe I'll try to find out.

ETA:
Have at it, folks.

12. Nah, I'm not going to call them.
I'm not THAT bored. :-)

If you do find anything out, tho, when you drop in, let us know.

I enjoyed reading your on-the-spot reports, BTW. Do you know the approximate voting pop. size of the districts in the Philly area?
