Poll question: Did you donate last night?
Edited on Wed Apr-23-08 11:31 AM by 4_Legs_Good
After seeing the results of the Pennsylvania primary, were you moved to donate to your candidate (or another)?

David

Edit: Added No option

3. Yes, I donated to Obama. I consider this presidential election to be the most important in my life.
We are battling both for the soul of the Democratic Party, whether it is to be a progressive party under Obama or a conservative/neo-con party under the thumb of the Clinton family and their cronies. We are also battling for the future of our nation, either more war and free trade/job outsourcing which have decimated the livelihoods of millions of working-class Americans and have completely destroyed the economies of Michigan and Ohio or a compassionate economic policy focused on improving the lives of ordinary Americans, helping them to get health insurance and getting the economy out of recession.

5. Agreed!
It's nice to have a progressive again, particularly one we can vote for without feeling like he doesn't have a chance. I was a Kucinich supporter in 2000.

4. I donated to Obama and will continue to do so in order for him to drive THAT PERSON into bankruptcy.

7. Well, if this poll is any indication we can see why Obama is ahead.

8. Agreed. It's nice that when Obama asks for $, it's almost always $25
which I can almost always rationalize. When I get a call from the DNC or DSCC, they're asking for $250 right off the bat, and there's no way I can afford that at any given time, but $25, sure I can manage that once in a while.

And *that* gives him the ability to back to us again and again without us feeling very put out. Smart tactic, though I think Dean might actually get credit for it!
