A serious question for Clinton supporters.
When the Republican candidate made the comment about bombing Iran, I was disgusted.

When Clinton made the statement about obliterating Iran, I was disgusted.

If such a statement would be made by Obama, I would be disgusted.

It´s disgusting when politicians suggest mass death and destruction "in another country".

How do you, as a Clinton supporter, deal with the statement from Hillary Clinton about the possibility of obliterating Iran?

1. Obama on an Iranian attack on Israel
Both Democrats have vowed to defend Israel against any Iranian attack, but they differ on how to engage the Islamic republic over its nuclear ambitions. Both call for diplomacy, but Obama has gone further, renewing a promise of "direct talks" at a leaders' level with Tehran and others the US regards as foes, at a candidate debate.

Iran should be presented with "carrots and sticks," the Illinois senator said, while stressing "they should also know that I will take no options off the table when it comes to preventing them from using nuclear weapons or obtaining nuclear weapons."

At the debate, he said: "An (Iranian) attack on Israel is an attack on our strongest ally in the region, one whose security we consider paramount. That would be an act of aggression that I would consider unacceptable, and the US would take appropriate action."

5. Considering that an attack on Isreal would be unacceptable, then
we would take appropriate action,

which would be to do nothing, since Isreal would have already turned Iran into a slag heap.

Which is why, of course, Iran is NEVER going to nuke Israel.

2. I so agree, I couldn't believe that came out of her mouth whether a...
hypothetical or not.... It was disgusting, and something that both George Bush or John McCain would take pleasure in saying.

4. but...but... when the Goddess of Peace wants to commit nuclear genocide...
its all okeydokey, and the victims will ride on unicorns and rainbows as the melted flesh drops off their bones.
