as this contest drags on, do we risk primary fatigue? |
|
For how long can this bloodfest be entertaining to the public? Hell, I live and breathe this stuff and I'm getting a little winded of this whole affair. If we keep limping along until August will people still want to hear the names Clinton or Obama when the GE comes around?

3. I'm just about ready to tune it all out. |

I have an Obama sign in my window, everyone knows who I support.
Obama is our presumptive nominee, there's nothing any of us can do before the convention to change that fact. I'm not going to waste any more time worrying about Hillary's solid second place finish.

While even McCain doesn't know if he's benefitting from the Dem extra innings (he said it at a speech in Yo, OH yesterday) it can't be helping anyone...

We're already suffering from the deadly disease. Of course it's Hillary's fault because she has no way to win. She's dragging this out so she can bloody Obama. She wants him to lose so she can run again in 2012.

I no longer watch the news for more than a few minutes, or the BBC news if I want to watch a little longer and not even every day like I used to be. I guess I was a news junkie but I have had it, and seemingly kicked my addiction for now because of this primary. I won't watch news for an extended period again till NC/IND primary night.
Its become repetitive, negative, boring and you have these teams of talking heads talking about so much for so long which amounts to nothing. The high paid bullshit artists for the most part. I will wait till the next vote and watch John King and his big touch screen. Thats the only thing I like so far this election season.

trip in the Grand Canyon. I wasn't going to go since there are others around who haven't been down and I've been a whole bunch of times. I thinking maybe my altruism is being tested....
Three weeks with absolutely no hope of seeing a TV, logging onto the Internet or even having a message dropped by pigeon. Come out and see what's happened. Ahhhhhhhhhh....
